Site Facilities & Previous Phases

We have developed a 7 acre site within the Caerphilly Business Park turning it from a derelict contaminated site into a modern business destination with a range of offices and staff facilities including a Crèche, Restaurant and Hotel.

Phases 1 to 4 are complete and work has commenced on the 5th phase.

Phase 5A is already occupied and Phase 5B, a 12,000sqft fully sustainable office, is nearing completion.
