• Phase 5C Options - various buildings from c.3,500 sqft to 40,000sqft
• Phase 5C comprises a sizeable plot on which it is possible to accommodate various layouts.
• Currently shown are 3 small/medium sized buildings which is the favoured option - however a single 3 story 40,000 sqft or 2 story 25,000 sqft office could also be designed on a bespoke basis to meet the exact needs of the larger space user.

• Timescale - Planning Application, c. 3 to 4 months
• Construction - 12 to 18 months (subject to size and specification)

• Specification - to be determined in conjunction with a prospective occupier.
