EPC Certificate

• Phase 5B is Wales’ first EPC ‘A’ rated office.
• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is the UK’s latest means of
  displaying how energy efficient a property is.
• EPCs are now a legal requirement prior to the sale and letting of
  commercial property in the UK.

At this stage of construction it is premature for a final BREEAM Score and EPC Rating to be issued. The illustrations shown are based on the final specification as currently proposed and it is possible that changes could take place. This may have an impact on the score/rating shown. Our BREEAM/EPC Assessors, CNP Ltd, have completed an initial assessment and, as a result, have concluded that the building is on target to achieve an EPC ‘A’ rating and exceed a score of BREEAM Excellent.
