Our Story

We began developing offices in the late 1990’s when the land on which the Caerphilly Business Park was first acquired. This previously contaminated brownfield site was prepared for development and the 1st 4 phases completed over a 6 year period. 750 staff now work from offices built by us on the Caerphilly Business Park.

Those offices were conventional and a decision was then taken to go down the sustainable development route.

Much of the inspiration behind this has come from various visits to Freiburg, Germany (http://www.freiburg.de/servlet/PB/menu/1174649_l2/index.html ), the ‘green capital’ of Germany.

In keeping with our vision of leading the way sustainably, we have transformed previously ignored brownfield sites into office development sites in Wales, Dover and Bristol.

With our office developments, we have continually managed to improve the 'product' over the years. We also look beyond the simple issues of size, cost and specification with an obvious emphasis on low energy. Care is also taken to ensure we create a working environment that inspires and that will both improve productivity and reduce absenteeism.
