In Kent, we own a c.2 acre site where a 'unique to the UK' PassivHaus office is being built, thought to be 1 of the most energy efficient offices ever built in the UK. Recently completed buildings have attracted 1 of the leading law firms in the Dover and an NHS Trust.

In Bristol we own an office development site adjacent to Bristol Parkway Station. Planning Consent is being sought for a c.60,000 sqft sustainable office scheme which we hope will be 1 of the first in the UK to meet the new BREEAM Outstanding Category.
